Arrest System Quarterly Service Plus
Pest Arrest’s exclusive ARREST System Quarterly Service Plus is our highest tier of service for preventative maintenance. This includes the ARREST System Quarterly Service plus.
For existing customers, our Service Technicians will come out and conduct the full perimeter and eaves and soffits spray included in the Quarterly Service as well as refilling your exterior bait stations as part of the recurring Rodent Service. Your visit from Mice Masters will leave you with the peace of mind that an effective treatment plan is in place to keep you, your family, and your pets safe and your home free of pests!
Included with the ARREST System Quarterly Service Plus:
- Preventative perimeter spray
- Preventative eaves and soffits spray pipes
- Interior spot treatment (if required)
- Inspection of existing bait stations for damages.
- Moving bait stations as needed for maximum effectiveness.
- Refill of all exterior bait stations as needed.
- No charge for additional visits between regularly scheduled service (per warranty policy)
New customers that do not have any existing bait stations on their property will have a One-Time Bait Station Setup Fee that will include bait and the first 3, 4 or 6 months of service.
